Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant (Pupil Specific)

Grade 3, point 6 £25,183 FTE

Actual Salary £21,216.45

30 hours per week

Term time including 1 Trust Development Day plus 1 school Inset Day.

Start Date: 1 September 2025

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed pupil specific Learning Mentor to join our team at Ralph Allen School. The successful candidate will be working 1-1 with a student, implementing the strategies and advice included in their Personal Care Plan. You will provide tailored support to a specific child with changing needs, adapting strategies as necessary to help them succeed academically and socially.

Previous experience working with children, young people, or adults with specific additional needs would be beneficial.
